At Anuga 2025

The ideal setting for continuing to promote the quality of our products on an international level

The 38th edition of Anuga, which was held from October 4th to 8th in Cologne, Germany, achieved record attendance and proved to be the ideal platform for showcasing the quality of our products on an international level. As Europe's largest trade fair, it convened over 8,200 exhibitors from 110 countries and welcomed more than 145,000 trade visitors.

Strategically located in  frozen hall, the Honza stand E-028 served as a focal point for professionals across the entire food chain. Here, they were able to personally verify the quality of our products and the diverse range of fresh, frozen, dehydrated, and preserved mushroom and truffle options we offer.

Under the motto of "Sustainable Growth," Anuga 2025 focused on the Circular Economy and alternative protein sources. Honza is fully aligned with this vision, as our frozen products inherently help to prevent food waste, thereby offering consumers a more responsible solution.

Following the success at Anuga 2025, we are now proceeding with the commercial follow-up phase to better understand all specific needs and to offer the most suitable products, with quality remaining our utmost priority.
