Today, we enjoyed a day of fellowship with our colleagues in La Alberca (Salamanca), connecting with nature, getting to know the area, and learning about its traditions.
We visited La Casa del Parque Natural de Batuecas, where we discovered a lot about the fauna and flora of the Sierra de Francia and were able to take a route to enjoy its landscapes and views.
We also learned about acorn-fed ham and its different curing phases from the expert jamonero Virgilio Sanchez at "El Museo del Jamón".
To top off a great day, we strolled through the streets of La Alberca, making it an unforgettable day.
